"NANA'S BREAKFAST PIE"

3 eggs separated

4 oz mozarella cheese, shredded  (I use lots)

1/2 teaspoon salt/pepper

1 Cup sour cream

1/2 Cup Flour

1 large tomato

1/3 to 1/2 lb bacon, fried, drained and crumbled

1 can crescent rolls

Line pie pan with rolls; layer in bacon, thinly sliced tomatoes and cheese.   Beat eggs yolks and add sour cream, salt and pepper and flour.   Beat egg whites until stiff.  Fold into yolks.  Pour mixture into pie pan.   Bake at 350 degrees until brown on top - about 35 min.   Serve immediately.
