These are a real hit with my family and friends. I make these all year round. Either on the grill or in the oven.
Portabella Mushroom Caps (Medium to Large.)
Fresh spinach
Balsamic Vinegar
Feta Cheese (or any other you might prefer)
Place caps in pan or on foil. (I use a pan for a large amount) Drizzle Vinegar over the mushroom cap Heap fresh spinach on top and sprinkle cheese. Cover and put on grill or in oven. Cook until spinach is done cheese is melted.... ENJOY!!!!
I can make a meal out of just one large one. You could also put them under the broiler without covering them...Let me know how you enjoyed them if you try this.
