| The "2009 Yuma Car Show Test" is over. We had 15 entries this year which
was a few more than last year. I forgot that people from all over the
world visit JA's site so 7 of those entries were from "non chatters".
A
perfect score would have been 745 points but then, as you know, no one is
perfect and 14 of you helped prove it.
At one point, early on, there was a three way tie for 1st place with a
total of 460 points so if your score was in that neighborhood you did
real good...........for a while. Then the pros were heard from.
1st place with a score of 715 was John Burton ("Margo") Great job John!
That Mercury was a 56, not a 55 and the 51 Ford is a Victoria, not a
Sunliner.
2nd place with 705 points goes to James Grein who claims to be a friend
of "Wendy Guy". Hey WG, if he is such a good friend he should have helped
you some. LOL
3rd place with 660 points goes to "Skip".
4th place goes to "Tom-NC" with a score of 650.
I hope you enjoyed this little exercise and hope that even those that did
not participate in the test enjoyed the little trip down memory lane with
these old cars.
And a BIG thank you to "JA Texas" for all his help putting this together
on his web site.
